WIYS is an online marketplace platform that enables independent sellers to sell their pre-loved books to buyers. The prices are solely decided by the sellers based on multiple factors including, the type of cover, the date of publishing, and more, without any interference from WIYS. It is possible that the same product is sold by different sellers at different prices. WIYS rightfully fulfills all legal compliances of on-boarding multiple sellers on its forum as it is a marketplace platform

How do I check the status of my order?

We know how impatient one can feel waiting for their book to reach them, but there is no need to worry. You can go ahead and click on the “My Orders” section under the “My Account” tab of the website/M-site and check your order status. We hope this makes the wait a little less painful!

A registration fee to become a Seller?

No, we do not charge a registration fee. It’s FREE. You are welcome to build your library with us. We will only receive a commission from every sold book through WIYS platform

Who takes care of shipping?

With Third-party services to help assist in delivery, WIYS will handle the pick-up and delivery of books and returns as well

Is there a contract to be a seller?

No, no contracts

How can I cancel my order?

Although cancellations make us sad, we will undoubtedly help you through the process! Here’s how you can go about it – within the “My Orders” section under the “My Account” tab, you will see an option to “Cancel”. You can select the item/s or order/s you want to cancel within this option. If you cannot cancel the order from the “My Orders” section, you can contact us on our helpline number, and we would be more than happy to help you out.

NOTE: Except for selective sellers, you can cancel your order till the time it is shipped.

How can I return an item, and will I get a refund?
We know how memorable the first look that you take at your book can be, and anything that breaks this special moment, like an unkempt or damaged book is any reader’s worst nightmare. We at WIYS try our best to ensure our customer’s don’t ever face such instances, but if in case such an unfortunate event is to occur, you can quickly go ahead and .The memorable moment can still occur, and we will offer a guaranteed refund

Once you register/log in. Go to Add a book and choose the listing Sell or Rent and then add book details

Why become a seller/renter and sell/rent at WIYS?

Do I set my own price?

Yes, you can set your own price for each book you want to rent or sell, although the rental prices can be selected from the price range set by the admin team

Is it easy to become a seller?

Very. As easy as it is to fall in love with a book.

When will I get my payments?

Payment cycles are at the month-end and the earnings will be transferred to the registered bank account

What condition should my books be in to sell?

As new as it can seem to be. You’ll want to review quality guidelines and do a quality check to sell your books and quality assurance will be conducted by our third-party to ensure the same during pick-up and delivery

A book that includes missing pages, scribbles, and torn edges is usually the one that doesn’t make the cut. Ensure before you list it on WIYS
