SHIPPING

• We ship books across PAN INDIA using reputable shipping firms such as ECOM EXPRESS, DELHIVERY and SMARTR. Delivery costs vary based on your chosen payment method. Once an order is placed, it takes 7 to 8 business days for you to receive it. Your order is processed within 24 business hours, and you will receive tracking details within 48 working hours.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

RETURNS

Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the book must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must include all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to reject a return if the book shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and credited to your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. It usually takes up to 9-10 business days.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
