Damage/ Refund Policy
If the buyer receives any damaged product WIYS would refund a certain amount of the book. The buyer must video record their product while opening to ensure that the product was not damaged by the receiver. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
In case of a damaged product, the buyer/renter has to return the book for getting refunded. If any disputes arise, WIYS’s decision will be final and binding.
Return Policy
Rentee can rent the book for a maximum of 25 days. After the rent period, rentee can select a slot for book pick up and the delivery executive will collect the book. While returning, the book must be in proper condition.
Cancellation Policy
If the buyer or rentee cancels the order once the product is shipped, the buyer and rentee must pay the shipping charges.
Data Protection Policy
Vendor and buyer will provide personal information details like their name, contact number, email address, passwords and other information like social media handles and bank details.
